The Process
Most contractors add a 30% markup to all materials then bill it to the client. To save on cost, you pick out the items you want, we do the install.

1. Call or Email for an estimate
​
2. After scheduled estimate time we will email you an estimated hours for install and our hourly rates per item of the project.
​
3. After accepted, we will ask for a 25% deposit to schedule your project. The deposit will pay for the starting labor and installation materials.
​
4. While waiting for your installation date you may purchase your materials from your preferred supplier or you may use our suppliers with our contractor discounts (10%-40%off located on our Customer Discount page).
​
5. If the scheduled install is more than 1 week we will invoice the client at the end of each week. The invoicing will be at our hourly rates and materials purchased to complete your project. All invoices are line itemed. You will be able to see the labor per install and materials separated. ​
